I used IDÔL, made from small, hand-picked lots of noble Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from Burgundy
3 drops of Absinthe Bitter
lavander essence
one spray in the glass and one spray on top
Stir and strain vodka and bitter.
Serve in a vintage glass.
